His fashion style is 'absent-minded professor': bowtie, lab coat, sweaters that are a little too big. He's also weirdly swole for a man you know has slept in his lab on more than one occasion.
•DEMEANOR: Bright, cheerful, very excited about things. Darling's a very chipper man—it's noticeable when he moves past his baseline demeanor of 'bright and sunny.' He's a little eccentric and a little intense

•CABIN INFORMATION: A standard gray office door. The interior of Darling's cabin isn't a bedroom, but his office at the Bureau.

While we don't know the extent of how Hedron changed him, I headcanon that it changed Darling enough that telepaths would notice. His mind is weird and harder than expected to poke in.
